1. Payment Options.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include the Australian GST (tax). The following credit cards are accepted - VISA and MASTERCARD. International Customers - your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars and your card company will convert the charges for you.

2. Shipping Charges.

Freight is charged on a weight basis and as weight varies significantly according to the style purchased the best way to ascertain your freight cost is to allow the system to calculate it at the time of placing the order.  This is done by entering your address details (specifically your country) on the order form and a freight charge is given.  Once obtaining this information you do not have to proceed with the order if you do not wish to.  If NO shipping charge is given then your purchase has exceeded the weight allowed and if this occurs please email us at orders@melissaaustralia.com.au and we will advise you of your shipping charge. 

3. Shipping Information.

Within Australia all orders are sent by courier or Australia Post.  It takes approximately 3 to 7 working days from the date the order is placed. All international orders are sent by courier and it takes approximately 10 to 20 working days from the date the order is placed.  The above shipping times are estimates only. We do our very best to adhere to these timelines but do not accept responsibility should delivery fall outside of these estimates.

4. Important Information for International Customers.

International items are sent via registered post.  We don’t accept responsibility for any item(s) that may go missing whilst in transit to the customer.  We do our very best to ensure that the item(s) will arrive safely and each parcel is given an identification number so the parcel can be tracked if need be.  All prices are in Australian dollars and include the Australian GST (tax). These prices do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that may be incurred.

5. Returns & Exchanges

THIS SERVICE IS OFFERED TO AUSTRALIAN AND NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS ONLY. We understand that it can be difficult to buy through the web – and as such we offer you the service of being able to return or exchange your purchase. If you do wish to exchange your order pls drop us a quick email at orders@melissaaustralia.com.au or phone (03) 9689 1500 to check that we have your new request in stock. When returning or exchanging an item please include an explanatory note quoting the original order number OR your full name and address along with the reason for the return.  Return postage is at your expense and if you require a replacement pair to be sent to you, we will charge you an additional postage fee.  Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of the invoice date and must be returned in the same condition as they were received. For returns we will credit via your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

6. Card Security

Melissa administration staff ensure that your credit card information is removed from all databases as soon as your order has been processed. Please contact melissa through our Contact Page form if you have any concerns or further queries.

7. Important Information

Colours may appear slightly different via the website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. We reserve the right to cancel any order. We will at this time immediately notify the customer by email or phone using the email address and phone number provided. All orders are subject to the availability of stock.
